My name is Ranjanna Mariia Hvenegaard, and my mission in life is to give back to the community and country where I was born in 1972. I hold immense gratitude and grace for my family in Denmark who adopted me, and for the orphan Elisabeth Nursing Home where I spent 7 months before my adoption. As a blessed and gifted adoptee, I now dedicate my life to helping thousands worldwide overcome obstacles, pain, and suffering to achieve their dream lives. I assist adoptees & foster care individuals in discovering their identity, accepting themselves, and finding their inner self-worth.
In honor of my grandmother and parents, I have created the Hvenegaard Adoption Charity Corp. Their decision to adopt a child from India and my father's journey to India in the 1960's have deeply inspired me. The purpose of my charity is to support homeless children in Mumbai, India who are parentless, and to protect them from the dangers of sex trafficking.
